Yeah! They're modding my s-s-s Strat, adding push/pull tone pots to run two single coil pups in series. Very friendly and helpful people. I never feel rushed when I'm talking to them. I see you live in Ra-cha-cha. I recently bought my ROV at the GC there. Also demo'd a Mark IV at the House of Guitar...

Re: The Mark IV has Landed!

Next.....TIGHT, TIGHT, TIGHT, TIGHT, TIGHT, ARTICUTE, ARTICULATE,ARTICULE, DYNAMIC, DYNAMIC, DYNAMIC.....I can not express enough how perfectly those words describe this amp. That's exactly what forced me to get one. The notes jump off the speaker cones like I'd never heard. Very musical. Congrats,...

The Mesa Boogie manuals show speaker configurations. Try this:

http://www.mesaboogie.com/manuals/user_manuals.htm

Click on your model. The speaker configs are near the end of the manual.

Ciao!

They post a FAQ on their site that speaks generally to the changes they make: http://www.voodooamps.com/faqs.html# I'd just call them and ask about specifics. They are good guys and will answer your questions. As far as cost its not cheap but the results were very good for me. I've read reviews que...

Jazz.....it's not the amount of gain but the tone and saturation. The Rectoverb has a much more fluid, natural sound and notes seem to fly off the fretboard. My experience exactly. I tested both amps, and wound up with the ROV...and I rarely venture beyond Vintage gain. The ROV gain seemed more "mu...

I went out looking to replace my 55 Nomad combo, and had high hopes reading the press on both these newer models. I didn't fit into the boxes proscribed by the Supersonic modes. I found no middle ground or overlap between channels and modes. Plus which, the Vibrolux was too brittle, and the Bassman ...

Pete: Although the recording quality was mediocre at best, I liked to overdrive sound...tight, clear and violin-like. Good to my ears. I was requesting answers from the 512 people that read the thread but didn't reply to it. I was referring to them as snobs, as I felt the feeling that they thought t...

+1 Plusses for me: - I liked the breathy, open, big-bottom sound of the clean channels in the ROV combo. I can get most of my favorite sounds in this channel alone, especially in the Pushed mode. - The addition of the Raw mode in the Series 2 - I find it VERY useable, and a great transition from Cha...
