Title basically says it. Is the reverb pre or post effects loop? The reverb is pre fx loop on the mark V. I'm not sure why Mesa designed it this way, (Im sure there is a good technical reason), but its a buzzkill if you run a volume pedal in your fx loop. The Volume pedal will cut off the tails of ...

GAS indeed! :!: I have owned two Tremoverb's in the past at different times and really liked them but the weight was tough. I am getting the recto itch again that the MArk V just is not scratching. I think its time for a new reborn!

I dig this!! Tthe one tiny irritation about the rectifers for me personally are the chrome knobs in low light situations. Solid solution!

I recently replaced my Mark V with a Royal Atlantic as my main gigging amp much like you and am noticing the exact same differences between both amplifiers. I have learned that in a live mix, the Royal really just sits in there perfectly. I feel the same about the clean channel. I got really used to...
