WTB: Wine & Wicker 1x12 3/4back or 4x10

I am looking to buy a "clean" Wine & Wicker 3/4 back 1 x12 OR 4x10 mesa cab to match my existing F50 piggy back rig.

Cash in hand or trade bait if need be.

Thanks for looking !

Re: GMP San Dimas Custom Shop Shots

Best guitars ever... If you haven't played/owned one, take the plunge. The only problem you will have is deciding which one you want next !

WTB: Cocoa Bronco and tan twisted jute 3/4 back

I should probably put this with my other F50 wanted ad, but I'd prefer to keep it separate so as not to confuse.

I am wondering if anyone in Mesa land has a 1x12, 3/4 Back , Cocoa bronco with Tan jute grill cloth cab that they would part with ?

thanks for looking !!

production quirks or changes to the 50?

In an attpempt to keep posts consolidated, I tried [to no avail] to find the post about badged and non Mesa Boogie" badged F50 heads and combos. Form what I remember of that post, the early amps did not have the badge on the grill cloth and later ones did. With that in mind, did mesa change anything...

Re: MESA F-100H .. new user!

I loved my F100 head with a stilleto cab, not so much with a rectifier cab... I loved the amp for the very things you just mentioned, but I sold it because I couldnt turn it up past 1 without shaking the house down !! I ended up buying a Custom F50 head and 1x12 3/4 back cab and have been smiling ev...

Re: Why is the F series not more popular?

My take is that they were not popular especially with mesa guys because they weren't mesa sounding...Being a vintage marshall guy myself, they are a nice alternative to a marshall, without that annoying mesa midrange voicing... Go figure, I finally find a mesa that really does it for me and they dis...

F50 and digitech 2120 ?? To do or not to do.....

I'll try to keep this as short as I can :) I'm toying with picking up Digitech RP2120... I had one about 7 years ago , and though I liked the features, it was a pain to control running straight into the front of a 70's marshall 50 watt master . I simply could not balance the patch volume to the dry ...

Re: Wood/Wicker Cab for an F50

Mesa Cheap?

I priced a Wine and whicker 1x12, 3/4 back to match mine and the quote was $795 my cost not retail.
I dont think that is reasonable at all.

I'd venture to say that anything wood and whicker will start @ a grand+

Re: f50 versus 5;50

Interesting.. Well the only reason I went with the F series was for its gain.. I'm not a metal player ,nor am a mesa midrange fan, but I found this amp to be so different tonally from any other mesa that I had previously played that I had to buy it. The lone star is a very nice clean amp but the gai...

f50 versus 5;50

Probably asked a few times already, but I am wanting to add another amp . Ive been patiently waiting for the right Custom F50 to pop up but , but after nearly 2 years that hasnt happened. I am now considering a 5;50 which I am told is basically an F50 with new features. Is this true? Other than the ...

Re: 5:50 = Too much bass?

Went to the store today and had a chance to try out the 5:50 and WOW what an amazing amp!!! I had previously only played the 5:25 and almost bought it at the time but held back cause I couldn't quite get an SRV tone out of it(a sound I want in my amp) but the 5:50 seemed to be more open and I could...
