Suggestions for Subway Blues replacement speaker??

Hi!
Looking for a suggestion or two about a replacement speaker for a subway blues combo. My MC 90 speaker bit the dust. Looking for something that will cut some of the harsh mid range. I thinking maybe an eminence legend or cannabis rex? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I also thought it was pricey for what it was especially without the footswitch. The sounds were usable but Thomas’s definition of...

Re: The Mark IV thread....!!

It's on the bottom of tranny. Flip the amp upside down and you should see it.

Need a replacement fan for a MK-IV

Hi Guys,
Can anyone point me to a quiet replacement fan for a 1998 MK-IV head (IV-006108)? Did a forum serach without any luck. Also, is this a Rev A or B? Thanks!

Re: Classic Santana Tone on a MK V 25?

Hey Adam Old Pal! How have you been? Thinking about picking up a MkV25 for the second time (like that's a surprise,eh  ). First time out I found the cleans wonderful but thought the c+ mode was somewhat thin. Anyway, I'm convinced that was user error and maybe using the wrong speaker (cannabis...

Classic Santana Tone on a MK V 25?

Has anyone had any luck getting the classic Carlos tone on the MKV25? If you have, could you post your settings? Thanks!

Bluejay,

Talk with this guy Erik. Nice guy with a gorgeous BA rig. Probably could cut a deal with him. Here's the link:

Re: Why do you players sell their LS Specials?

The only reason I sold my LSS was that the weight was staring to aggravate my back problems. Otherwise, super amp. I picked up an Express 525+ and it's a little better weight wise and has been my go to gigging amp for several years; but I missed the Lonestar , so I just snagged a mint LSC head off o...
