Re: Mark V 35 low end?

I have the combo, bought a Thiele cab and dropped in a Mesa Fillmore to fill out the sound. They matched perfectly together.

Re: Looking at Mark V:35 or TC-50 - advice welcome

Just FYI, I ended up buying a Mark Five:35 combo. I'm happy with my choice, its been easy to dial in my preferred lead and rhythm tones, and the clean sounds are fantastic. The cabclone (which I am just playing with) is a nice feature. Nice to be able to turn off the speakers and get a decent sound...

Re: TC-100.......I knew I should have waited!!

Interesting, though sticking with plans to buy the 50 combo. Do we think there will be any more new amp announcements by end of the year? 2 more amps in the works. Can't say anything about what I know however out of respect for a few people and Randall Smith. While these be announced by end of year?

Can’t wait to hear how people like the powersoak. My TC50 sounds so great at lower volume so it will be interesting how people compare the two.

Re: Anyone use a Mark 5 35 combo with external cab?

Thiele with Fillmore. Sounds massive. https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4293/35618171230_ce6b440be8_b.jpg So, question... Does the added speaker add to the fullness of the Mark 5 35 amp? Like a half stack type sound? Thanks. Yes it does. Big time. The Thiele cab brings the low end that the combo is mi...

.... The V:35 sounds a little fuller because of the Theile but I will be looking for another 1x12 cab for the Mark V and dropping in a Mesa Fillmore to give me the same feel of my V:35 set up. I recently moved a 1000 miles and was in town for less than 24 hours and snagged a 2 year old Mark V, Mesa widebody 1x12, extra face plate for Mark V (black) and $300 worth of tubes with all the retail boxes from a great guy on craigslist. Want to know how happy my wife was? [IMG] Anywho, I have be...

Re: Mesa Rosette

Always tempted with "Mesa" on the front! Looks really great but I already have Fishman Artist for my piezo needs so I am not sure I could drop the cash for this. Maybe after my Mark V purchase. Needs a 3rd channel called "Extreme Acoustic" On second thought, I move to Florida in 1 week from De...

Just picked up mine from the Fedex holding cell and spent about 30 minutes with it because its all I had. So far, I am really digging it. Like, really digging it. My Quick personal observations: I love the red channel. So much gain! I like the blue channel but I would need to spend more time here. V...
