Yellow Jacket Biasing Question

I've searched the forum for an answer to this, and based on what I've seen, I'm 95% sure the answer is yes...

Is it ok to run Yellow Jackets (w/Groove Tube EL84'S) in conjunction with JJ 6V6'S on the amp's EL34 bias setting... This should warm things up (safely), yes?

Lone Star Classic and 6v6's

I tried it... And love it! It tightens the sound up and adds a lot of beautiful harmonics. It reminds me of the Lone Star Special somewhat, but with a more Fender- edged sound. Give it a try! And if you have... is it safe to run the amp on different wattages, other than 100 (as the manual specifies)...

It seems to appear mostly at home, at reasonable volumes. I haven't really tested it at a show, as I don't use the effects loop, or go in 10 watt mode. Yesterday, It occurred once when I first engaged the effects loop "pow"... and then it ceased to do it when I turned the effects loop on and off aga...

lOUD 'POP' IN LSC

Hi Kids, I have a Lonestar Classic 1x12, built to the same size specifications as the Lonestar Special. It kicks! But I have been having a bit of an issue... when I engage the effects loop switch, or when I change the wattage (on both channels) from 10 to 50 watts, I get an extremely loud 'pop'. It'...

Lone Star headroom...

Hello all, I am happy to be on this board. My question involves the Lone Star Special series of amplifiers. I have recently had the pleasure to play a Lone Star Special 1x12 and I've fallen in love with the tone. The clean channel is simply gorgeous, and is what I have been looking for for years. Ev...
