Any scratchiness when turning pots? Also, have you tried moving V1 to V3/4? Barring a bad or weak tube, I would suspect a bad cap.

Are the Amp controls working or scratchy sounding when you turn them? Could be time to clean with deoxit. Perhaps take it to a tech to check it? Also, is the speaker cable in good condition? What gauge cable do you use?

Try monotone or stagecraft. I would imagine you need Amp dimensions to get a custom fit.
