well in case anyone was wondering... i fixed my amp by replacing the power tubes... i gave trying to contact mesa support.. they never called me back and nobody is every available in the support department... so my first support experience with mesa has left me feeling pretty sour about the...
it seems to be very dependent on the relationship between the master and the volume... its much more effective at higher overall volume levels at bedroom levels it doesn't really work that well
was just jamming on it... like I do every night... put the guitar down for a few minutes.. and then all of the sudden.. massive HUM and the two outer power tubes are lighting up the wall behind the amp glowing BRIGHT orange (im talking like lightbulb bright)...
