    Has anyone upgraded a Recto choke?

    If the mm choke is a bigger unit (more Henries) there might be a "slight" reduction in amp hum and it "may" stiffen the power section up a little more and give it a little more punch when you are running the amp hard. Whether you will be able to really notice any difference at all is another story.
